We operate a rigorous quality system and many of our routine analytical methods are accredited for testing by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service. To support this, we participate in a number of proficiency schemes including DAPS (Distillers Analytes Proficiency Scheme) and MAPS (Malt Analytes Proficiency Scheme). Our sensory panel participates in the Whisky Sensory Proficiency Scheme, which we developed with FlavorActiv.
